Help with All The Data

Choose the step that needs help. You can read this guidance without signing in. Account actions still require your current sign-in and any unfinished setup.

Verification texts and codes

Check the mobile number shown in your account. Review the verification text disclosure before requesting a code. A requested text is not proof that it arrived.

If a request has an uncertain result, use Refresh saved status or Retry same text request when offered. Use the resend control only when it becomes available. Do not keep starting new text requests.

Enter the current code on the verification screen. If it is rejected or expired, follow that screen’s instructions. To correct the number, use Change number; the changed number needs its own verification. An already verified number does not need another text just to open Help.

Return to account setup

Business address

Enter more of your United States street address and city, then choose the matching address result. Use Find address if suggestions do not appear or an old choice no longer works.

A typed address is not a confirmed address. Check the selected result before confirming; changing it can require a new confirmation. If the right address is still missing, keep your details and contact support rather than choosing a different address just to continue.

Reading your website

Enter your public business website. Do not use a private link or a link containing sign-in details. Keep your writing while a read is pending or fails.

Use Refresh website status to check the saved read. If offered, use Retry website read. If the address is wrong, correct the website field and choose Read website. A successful read must match the current website before a new full profile can be submitted.

Payment still pending

Returning to your account does not by itself confirm a payment. Reload your account to read its current status. Check the current paid plan and paid-through date shown there.

Do not start a second payment just because the first response is missing or pending. Use the recovery shown for that attempt, or contact support if its status cannot be confirmed. Your existing paid access is not a reason to purchase again when setup needs attention.

Open your account

Billing and cancellation

Use Billing and card recovery in your account when available. A separate membership may show its own billing recovery control; use the one for the payment you are asking about. If recovery is unavailable, email support.

For cancellation questions, contact support. A support request is not confirmation of a cancellation or a plan change. Check the account’s confirmed status and any confirmation you receive; this Help page does not change payments or coverage.

Preparing records

Open Your requests and downloads and choose Refresh my requests to read the saved status. Pending or on hold does not mean zero matching records, and it does not mean the records are ready to view or download.

Follow the recovery offered on that saved request. An action that continues preparation is separate from reading its status. Do not start a new request just to recover an existing one. If progress cannot be confirmed, contact support with the reference shown on the page, if one is available.

Open your requests and downloads — sign in first if asked.

A download failed

Reopen the original request in Your requests and downloads. If the outcome is uncertain and Retry same download is offered, use that same attempt. If the screen asks for a fresh acknowledgment, review the current details and acknowledge that download before continuing.

If access changed, sign in to the correct account and check your current coverage. A pending request is not a released result. If the saved result remains unavailable, contact support; starting a replacement request is not a recovery check.

Privacy and support

Email keith@pipelinelite.com for help, privacy questions or a privacy request. This link opens your email app; it does not send anything here or confirm that a request was received.

Describe the step, what happened and approximately when. Include a support reference only if the page shows one. Do not send passwords, verification codes, payment card details, keys, or customer records.

Read the current Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and Responsible Use. Account verification and access to data do not give permission to contact a person.
