Data Driver Platform Access Terms and Conditions
Effective version: DD-TC-2026-10-20-1 — October 20, 2026
This version applies prospectively when presented by Data Driver. Earlier agreement records remain unchanged.
1. Operator, account and agreement
These Terms govern access to Data Driver, operated by Pipeline Lite LLC dba Data Driver, at 4950 Gulf Blvd, St Pete Beach, FL 33706, contact keith@pipelinelite.com (the Operator, Data Driver, we or us). You are the individual accepting these Terms or the organization specifically identified for which you are authorized to act. You must provide accurate account details and have authority to bind that organization. Keep account credentials private and notify our support contact of unauthorized access. A referral does not authorize the referrer to control another person's account or use their credentials.
Before the initial purchase of platform access, review and affirmatively accept these Terms and acknowledge the linked Privacy Policy. We will make the full documents available for reading and saving and identify their versions. A previous visit, ordinary signup, login, preselected checkbox or referral does not constitute purchase acceptance. Privacy acknowledgment is notice of the described practices; it is not a blanket consent to optional marketing, a waiver of privacy rights or consent on behalf of any person in a contact record.
2. What you purchase
You purchase access to the platform under the offer actually shown at checkout. You do not purchase ownership of personal information or an unrestricted right to resell contact records. The checkout must identify the plan, price, currency, billing interval, applicable taxes, renewal terms and available cancellation and refund information before payment authorization. These Terms do not insert a new price, no-refund rule or undisclosed fee.
Access and feature availability depend on the current plan, verified payment where a paid plan is required, and applicable account conditions. Authorized free, promotional or operator-granted access does not itself create a payment obligation. If checkout is unavailable, these Terms do not make a purchase available or authorize a charge. A proposed plan, checkout completion page, referral membership or unpaid invoice is not proof that a particular data feature is currently available. Only the coverage included in your current plan is authorized. Data coverage is limited to the United States. Your account may make up to 10 data requests per calendar day, measured in America/New_York time, with a maximum of 10,000 records per request, including all pages and parts of that request. These are daily request and per-request record limits, not a monthly request allowance. Available matching records may be fewer than the requested maximum. We do not promise that every matching record will fit within one request.
3. License and no resale
Subject to these Terms, your plan and applicable law, you may use supplied Data for your own business or personal lawful use. Data includes records viewed through the platform, downloads, exports and copies placed in your permitted systems. You may not store or accumulate Data for resale; resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish or provide it as a list or database to others; or make it available for someone else's independent use without Data Driver's express consent. Consent must identify the permitted scope. Download capability, an account label, a payment or silence is not consent.
Personnel and contracted processors may handle Data only as needed for your own authorized use, under appropriate confidentiality, security and use restrictions, without an independent right to use, sell or redistribute it. You remain responsible for their authorized activity on your behalf. This limited processing permission does not authorize offering a data resale or redistribution service. Do not evade access controls, impersonate another account, share credentials to expand licensed access or defeat request limits. Rights in the platform and Data that are not expressly granted remain with their respective holders. Nothing here removes a Data subject's rights.
4. Responsible use, permission and each action
Every data request and every new download requires a fresh, explicit acknowledgment of the linked Responsible Use and Indemnification Agreement, including its Section 7. That Agreement governs downstream use and limited responsibility for certain third-party claims caused by your misuse. Existing subscribers and earlier downloads do not waive the next acknowledgment. An ordinary login or a referral-membership payment does not itself require that per-data-action acknowledgment.
Platform access, public availability, validation, buying-intent labels and payment do not prove consent to call, text or email anyone. You must comply with applicable TCPA, do-not-call, CAN-SPAM, privacy, security and other requirements. This platform does not authorize regulated credit, insurance, employment or housing eligibility decisions. Do not use Data for fraud, harassment, unlawful discrimination, stalking or deceptive communications. Our own legal duties remain ours.
5. Referral membership is not data resale authority
The separate referral membership is $99 per month and permits your personal shareable referral link to operate while membership is current, under the disclosed program terms. It does not by itself grant a data-access plan or data resale rights. A referred user may obtain their own membership and outgoing link; doing so does not erase their original direct attribution.
The program provides a 20% commission on actual collected customer recurring subscription cash after discounts and refunds, excluding sales tax and before processor fees, attributed directly to the member. Commission earning requires verified paid referral-membership coverage for the qualifying customer collection date and ends for collections after the membership actually ends. A scheduled future cancellation does not itself shorten paid coverage before that actual end. Customer refunds and corrections to membership coverage can reduce or reverse the affected commission. Self-referrals do not earn commissions. There is no commission on the $99 membership fee and no ancestor or multilevel commission. Payout initiation is scheduled for the 15th for the preceding calendar month measured in America/New_York time. That is an initiation schedule, not a guarantee of bank arrival on that date. No earnings or minimum payment is guaranteed. The platform does not automatically transfer commissions. Contact keith@pipelinelite.com for payout arrangements. The payment method and any necessary recipient information will be identified before a transfer is initiated; this Agreement does not create an automatic debit or a new undisclosed payout fee. A user's own retail access and referral membership are separate entitlements within their account.
6. Availability, corrections and restrictions
Data may be incomplete, inaccurate, stale or reassigned. We do not promise a marketing outcome or that a record establishes a lawful basis for contact. These statements do not cancel an expressly agreed delivery standard, refund or credit right, or a remedy provided by law. Access may be restricted for nonpayment, expired coverage, security or material misuse according to the applicable plan and law; restrictions must not be used to invent charges or confiscate amounts lawfully owed. Use the published support contact to report an error or challenge a restriction.
7. Privacy and responsibility
The Privacy Policy describes account and transaction processing separately from handling contact records available through the platform. Review it before purchase. We do not transfer our own privacy, data-supplier or other nonwaivable statutory obligations to you. The limited indemnity in the separately presented Responsible Use and Indemnification Agreement applies to its covered third-party claims to the extent caused by your specified conduct; it does not excuse the Operator's own breach, negligence, unlawful conduct or willful misconduct. These Terms add no unlimited indemnity or automatic account-debit authority.
8. Changes and preserved rights
Material changes will be identified and presented as applicable law requires; a new version must not silently rewrite the record of an earlier acceptance. Mandatory rights remain unaffected. If a provision is unenforceable, it applies only to the lawful extent, and remaining provisions continue to the extent allowed. These Terms add no arbitration requirement, jury or class-action waiver, selected governing jurisdiction, damages cap or new refund restriction.
